Return Window

Returns, exchanges, and damage claims must be submitted within 30 days of customer receipt.

Personalized Items

Personalized gear is defined as any item that has a name added to the garment.
Personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item is defective.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted on non-personalized items only.
  • All garments must be unwashed, unworn, and odor-free to qualify for an exchange.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs on all exchanges.
  • Items returned that do not meet the stated condition requirements may be denied and returned to the customer at their expense.

Returns

  • All garments must be unwashed, unworn, and odor-free to qualify for return.

Defective Items

If you believe your item is defective, please notify the FiA Gear Shop as soon as possible at info@houstonapparelco.com.

  • Defective item claims must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.
  • Defective items will be exchanged for the exact same item, one time only.
  • All defective claims are reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis.

Care Instructions

To keep your FiA gear looking its best:

  • Wash garments inside out in warm water
  • Lay flat to dry or tumble dry on the lowest heat setting
  • For all performance materials (decorated or not), avoid fabric softener and high heat
